What happens if I am not home to receive my delivery?
If you are not home, our drivers will leave your order in a safe place at your delivery address. Our temperature-sensitive items are packed in insulated bags with ice packs to maintain freshness for several hours.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for most metropolitan areas if you place your order before our daily cutoff time, typically 10:00 AM. Availability can be checked at checkout by entering your postcode.
What is your policy on plastic packaging?
We are committed to sustainability. We offer a 'plastic-free' option for many of our fruit and vegetable lines and use recyclable paper bags or reusable crates for the majority of our home deliveries.
What should I do if an item in my order is missing or damaged?
